There is only one word to describe the conditions at Gosford Forest Park this year - a Washout. In the pouring rain we put up 1 gazebo and huddled into it for a cup of tea, scones and biscuits kindly supplied by Gerald and Mildred. In spite of the rain we had a good turnout of 8 Triumphs, 2 of which were on their first club outing after complete restorations. These were - a left hand drive TR8 owned by new member Wilber Montgomery, and a Mk2 GT6, owned by existing member Fleming McFarland (see photos). Both cars have been restored to a extremely high standard.

With rain getting ever heavier and no prospect of it easing until the evening we packed up at 1.00pm and set off for home.
